Flow Diagram

There was a need to visualize the flow of a large data process from when papers enter the company to how they are translated into data and finally how the data is stored. 

I researched the paper flow process, sketching out each step and talking with relevant business leaders. I then created a simple diagram using Google Drawings. I selected Google Drawings to give the flow a visual aspect, also so the diagram could be easily shared and always up to date.

This flow diagram allowed us on the technology team to better understand which applications we needed to build and where they would be used in the overall process.
