Hello, I'm April Gallegos.
I'm a senior User Experience and Interaction designer with a passion for user research. I use techniques such as ethnographic observation, persona creation, and usability testing. I practice rapid ideation with paper and whiteboard sketches, create clickable wireframe prototypes, and work closely with Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, business stakeholders, and other interaction and visual designers and researchers in agile/scrum environments.
My current focus is on creating task-based web applications that are part of B2B cloud-based platforms (SaaS).
